Shipping Policy

All  packages are shipped through USPS. Shipping costs vary on the weight of your package. Prices are strictly a cost to get your package to you! Your item will be shipped after the processing time is over. Once your item is shipped you cannot cancel, modify, or be refunded your order unless product descriptions state otherwise. No exceptions.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you no longer want your order before it is shipped, you have a 24 hour window to contact us via email to cancel your order and be fully refunded. When shopping with Keyairah Co., you are agreeing to no returns. We do not support returns at any costs. If our product description states otherwise, it is accepted. 

If your package is stolen, lost, or damaged, Keyairah Co. is not responsible. Please contact United States Postal Services or your local post office. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, please email us at and we will gladly assist you!
